Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied. Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery — our process is designed to be seamless.

1. Return Policy

Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and our returns process is designed to be as seamless as possible.

2. Conditions

To be eligible for a return, products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage are not eligible for return.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Undergarments and swimwear are final sale for hygiene reasons.

3. Reserved Items

Reserved items are produced in limited quantities and ship on the estimated date indicated at the time of purchase. Because production begins upon order placement, reservations are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed. Please allow for slight variations in the estimated delivery window.

Upon receiving your reserved item, it is subject to the same 14-day return policy as all other purchases, provided the item meets the conditions outlined above.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our returns team at returns@surdam.us with your order number to initiate a return.
  2. You will receive a prepaid shipping label via email within one business day.
  3. Pack items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached.
  4. Drop off the package at any carrier location indicated on your shipping label.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned items at our facility. Once processed, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. SURDAM provides a complimentary prepaid return label for all domestic returns.

6. Exchanges

For exchanges, please contact our client services team at help@surdam.us. Exchanges are subject to availability. If your preferred size or color is unavailable, we will issue a full refund for the returned item.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us at help@surdam.us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the item and packaging, and our team will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

8. International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact our client services team at help@surdam.us before returning an item to receive the designated return address and any applicable customs documentation. Refunds for international returns are processed upon receipt and inspection at our facility.
