Orders & Payments

How do I place an order?

Browse our collections and select your desired items. Choose your preferred size and add the item to your cart. When you are ready, proceed to checkout where you can enter your shipping details and complete payment. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase has been placed.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also support Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay for a streamlined checkout experience. All transactions are processed securely through encrypted payment systems.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us at help@surdam.us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, though changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment. You may also track your order by signing into your account and navigating to your order history.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Standard US shipping takes 3–7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery. Complimentary US shipping is offered on all orders over $100. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to select international destinations. International orders typically arrive within 7–14 business days, depending on the destination. Please note that import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@surdam.us or visit the Returns section of your account.

Products & Services

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Yes, complimentary gift packaging is available on all orders. Each item is carefully presented in our signature packaging. If you would like to include a personalized gift message, you may add one during checkout.

Are your products authentic?

Every SURDAM product is 100% authentic and crafted internally or sourced directly from our ateliers. Each item is subject to rigorous quality control and includes a certificate of authenticity. We stand behind the integrity of every piece we offer.
