Shipping

Complimentary standard US shipping on all orders over $100. We ensure every package is carefully prepared and delivered promptly.

2. Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping:

3–7 business days. Complimentary on orders over $100.

Express Shipping:

1–3 business days. Rate calculated at checkout.

Next Day Delivery:

Available for select areas. Rate calculated at checkout. Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days.

All orders containing items over $200 require signature confirmation upon delivery.

3. International Shipping

We ship to over 30 countries worldwide with an estimated delivery window of 7–14 business days. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient. SURDAM is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have shipping restrictions based on destination or carrier regulations. Fragrance and hazardous materials are limited to ground shipping only and cannot be shipped via air carriers. Additional restrictions may apply to international orders depending on local import regulations.

6. Reserved Items

Select pieces from upcoming collections are available to reserve in advance. Reserved items are crafted in limited quantities and ship within the estimated delivery window indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

Delivery timelines for reserved items may vary depending on production and material sourcing. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched. If there is any change to the estimated window, our client services team will notify you directly.

Reserved items ship separately from in-stock orders. Standard and express shipping options apply once the item is ready to ship.
